Refund and Returns Policy
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
Our goal is to ensure that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly exchange it or issue a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact Oliver’s Offroad for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The RA# must be clearly written on the shipping label, and a copy of the invoice along with a brief explanation must be included inside the package. Returns cannot be processed without an RA#.
All items, including defective ones, should be returned in as clean a condition as possible. Customers must provide photos or videos of the received item(s) as part of the claim process. Additional information, such as shipping details, may be required before an RA# is issued.
All Other Returns
For returns unrelated to damage, defects, or incorrect shipments, customers must contact Oliver’s Offroad within thirty (30) days of receipt to obtain an RA#. Returns will not be accepted beyond this timeframe.
The RA# must be clearly written on the shipping label, and a copy of the invoice along with an explanation must be placed inside the package. Returns cannot be processed without an RA#.
- A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to authorized returns of new products.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and 100% resalable. If these conditions are not met, we may refuse to issue a credit.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Non-Returnable Items
Special orders and custom-built items (including BassYaks motor kits) are non-returnable and cannot be canceled. If the order has not yet shipped, we may allow cancellation at our discretion, but a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Discontinued, closeout, custom, and electrical components (such as ignitions and fuel controllers) are non-returnable.
